Conference Venue and Map

Conference registration, information, poster pick-up (for those using PhD Posters) and almost all conference sessions will take place in the Ryan Center for Musical Arts. All session rooms are on the main floor and are a very short walk from each other. The poster sessions will be held in the nearby Norris University Center. A great team of volunteers will be on hand to guide you or assist you with any questions. See the below map for the key conference locations.
