Guide for Presenters
Thank you again for sharing your exciting work with us at SMPC 2026! Please make a note of the following logistical information about presentations.
Talks and Special Sessions/Panels:
Please plan for a 20-minute time slot (approximately 15 minutes for your presentation and 5 minutes for questions). For panels and special sessions, please plan for an hour-long time slot. The schedule of talks can be found here.
Note for virtual talks: Please prepare your 15-minute talk as a video (i.e., on Zoom or Powerpoint). We plan to play your video presentation, then have you on video chat to answer questions live. We hope this will mitigate potential technical issues involved with live presentation. Please upload your presentation video to this Google Drive by July 15 for smooth integration into the conference program.
Posters:
Posters can be a maximum size of 48 inches wide and 36 inches tall. Please find your presentation time here.
Note for virtual posters: We are working on a schedule for virtual posters, which will be presented on the online space Gather. Please send a .jpg or .png of your poster to haley.kragness@bucknell.du by July 15 for smooth integration into the conference program.
Please let us know as early as possible if you notice any issues with the schedule or if you have any questions. Looking forward to learning more from each of you!
The Microsoft CMT service was used for managing the peer-reviewing process for this conference. This service was provided for free by Microsoft and they bore all expenses, including costs for Azure cloud services as well as for software development and support.
