SMPC 2007 - Online Registration Form
Online registration incurs a $10.00 Canadian dollars (CAD) service charge, which will be automatically added to your registration fee.
Instructions (all amounts are in Canadian Dollars [CAD])
- Simply click on the "Add to Cart" button for each item you wish to select.
- To add additional items, select "Continue Shopping" from the PayPal web site until you have selected all items for which you wish to pay.
- You can remove items from your cart at any time by placing a check in the "Remove" box for that item, and clicking on "Update Cart."
- When you are ready to make your purchase, click on "Proceed to Checkout" from the PayPal web site.
- In exchange for the convenience of online registration and the option of payment by credit card, a service charge of $10.00 will be added to the registration fee to recover the cost associated with this convenience.

Meals
Meals will not be provided as part of conference services. Your place of accommodation may provide breakfast. Please direct any questions about this to the appropriate lodging site. For lunch, there are restaurants inside the Concordia building, where sessions are to be held. There are also many - and widely varied - restaurants close by with a range of prices. Please see the "Important Info" section of the conference website for some examples.
